The school premises will adopt various forms of energy efficient features, renewable energy technologies and green features wherever practicable. |

Availability date of school premises is subject to various factors including, inter alia, public consultation, funding approval of Finance Committee of the Legislative Council, construction progress and changes in the demand and supply of school places during the planning process.

In line with the established arrangement for reprovisioning, the successful applicant will be required, upon allocation of the new premises for relocation, to return its existing school premises. For those schools currently located within the private lot under the ownership of the SSB, the school or a third party related to the SSB/school, the relevant private land owner will be required to surrender the existing school premises and site to the Government in accordance with the lease condition.

The successful applicant will be required to sign a Tenancy Agreement with the Education Bureau prior to hand-over of the school premises. |

The successful applicant shall agree to manage and maintain the areas within the site boundary according to the Permanent Government Land Allocation (PGLA) being allocated by the Lands Department. The PGLA may include a road reserve and abutting slopes, subject to Lands Department’s final decision on the Engineering Conditions of the PGLA. |
