Teachers' Helpline

Purpose: Support teachers and principals to cope with work-related pressure.

Service: The counselors of the Teachers' Helpline will do their best to understand the situation of the caller and help him/her analyse and manage his/her problems.  They will also, as and when necessary, provide telephone counseling, face-to-face counseling and arrange for professionals to follow up cases and render appropriate assistance.  All information given will be kept strictly confidential.
