The successful applicant shall agree to manage and maintain the school premises and the designated areas stipulated in the Engineering Conditions of the Permanent Government Land Allocation being allocated by the Lands Department. The designated areas may include slopes abutting the school premises and a road reserve (applicable for premises item no. PS2), subject to Lands Department’s final decision on the Engineering Conditions.
