Note:
- The school premises will adopt various forms of energy efficient features, renewable energy technologies and green features wherever practicable.
- The implementation of the school building project and availability date of school premises are subject to various factors including, inter alia, public consultation, funding approval of the Finance Committee of the Legislative Council, construction progress and changes in the demand and supply of school places during the planning process.
- The successful applicant body shall agree to manage and maintain the school premises and the designated areas stipulated in the Engineering Conditions of the Permanent Government Land Allocation. The designated areas may include slopes abutting the school premises, subject to the Lands Department’s final decision on the Engineering Conditions.

- The school premises will be vacant from September 2019 and will be refurbished as appropriate before handing over to successful applicant.
