Premises Information – First School Allocation Exercise 2020

According to the Housing Department (HD), the air-conditioning (A/C) provision for non-domestic properties, including kindergarten (KG) premises, at Chun Yeung Shopping Centre, Chun Yeung Estate will be fed by Central Water Cooled Air Conditioning System managed by HD. Installation of electrical air-conditioner in the KG premises facing Kwei Tei Street is not recommended. The KG premises are provided with chilled water pipes and Air Handling Unit Room only. The tenant will be required to provide and install their own Air Handling Unit and any associated system or duct works, and is responsible for future management and maintenance. The A/C charges is $68.2 per square metre per month for the KG premises at G/F Chun Yeung Shopping Centre, Chun Yeung Estate. Successful applicants should refer to the relevant clause in the Tenancy Agreement on the air-conditioning charges. The A/C charges quoted are subject to revision by the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HKHA). The adjustment in the charges, if any, will take effect from a date as notified by HKHA.
