This school will share facilities such as football pitch with the neighbouring school. It may also be paired up with the adjacent primary school (scheduled for completion in the same year) to form a “through-train”. The primary school premises has already been allocated.

When other evaluation factors being similar, priority will be given to applications for operating senior secondary schools (SSS). SSS under the DSS are expected to offer innovative and diversified curricular at senior secondary levels to cater to the diverse talent and needs of students and to allow for flexible progression pathways beyond S5. For reprovisioning, aided schools classified as non-feasible under the School Improvement Programme and applications for reprovisioning within the same district will be given priority.

The possession of the area hatched on the location map will be deferred and will only be given to the school sponsor on a date to be specified by District Land Officer. The school sponsor may apply to Government for financial assistance for fencing off the whole site in accordance with prevailing Government policy.

Remarks:

Sponsors' involvement in the design and construction of SS1 and SS2 is hardly allowed since the school projects have already started and will be completed soon.

The above list is compiled on the basis of the most updated information available. The completion date of the school premises is subject to factors such as the the demand situation of school places, the actual progress of the school building programme, etc.

These school premises are open to application on a competitive basis. An applicant may indicate his preference for location(s) which best suit(s) the proposed school’s vision, mission and future development. However, for the purpose of maximising the chance, it may not be to the applicant's advantage to be too restrictive in the location preference.
