EDB Online Foundation Course for Teachers - Affective Education for Gifted/ More Able Students

 

This Online Foundation Course for Teachers - Affective Education for Gifted/ More Able Students aims to deliver a quality professional development programme for teachers with comprehensive coverage of the basic knowledge of implementation of affective education for gifted students, and a sound foundation for further studies in more advanced programmes offered by the Education Bureau. The online mode of study allows high flexibility, enabling participants to study the contents at any time most convenient to them.

 

The whole course consists of FOUR chapters. Participants can start with the selected articles to get an overall idea of the theme in each chapter. Then, participants can view the related video clips and complete the extended readings to gain in-depth understanding of a particular theme. Upon completion of each chapter, course participants will need to take a simple exit test. Participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion when they have successfully completed the contents of the four chapters and passed the tests.
