Applicants should be serving English teachers of primary schools in the government or aided sector or schools under the Direct Subsidy Scheme. They should have no less than 3 years (as at 31 August 2020) of full-time teaching experience in English Language at primary level. Priority will be given to applicants with experience in English Language curriculum development. The application is for full-time secondment. The secondee should plan, implement and evaluate the English Language curriculum and learning and teaching materials in his/her school (the ‘Seed’ school). He/she is expected to conduct collaborative lesson planning with the teachers in his/her project team, and take part in lesson observation, etc.
