Download "Stakeholder Survey Result Analysis Tool (Advanced Version).zip"

Right-click "Stakeholder Survey Result Analysis Tool (Advanced Version).zip" and choose "Extract All…" to decompress all files into the same folder

Installation Step 1 (Extraction)

The decompressed files include "Teacher Survey Tool.xls", "Stakeholder Survey Result Analysis Tool.xls", "Installation and User Guide for Stakeholder Survey Result Analysis Tool (Advanced Version).doc" and "Database.mdb", which is a hidden file

Installation Step 1 (Files)

Open MS Excel

Set the security level
MS Excel 2003:
Select "Tools > Macro > Security". Change "Security Level" to "Medium"

MS Excel 2007:
Select "Microsoft Office button > Excel option > Trust Center > Trust Center Setting…". In the "Trust Center" dialog box, change "Macro Settings" to "Disable all macros with notification"



MS Excel 2010 and later versions:
Select "File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings…". In the "Trust Center" dialog box, change "Macro Settings" to "Disable all macros with notification"

Open "Teacher Survey Tool.xls":
MS Excel 2003:
"Security Warning" window appears. Choose "Enable Macros"

MS Excel 2007:
"Security Warning" message bar appears. Click "Options…" The "Microsoft Office Security Options" dialog box appears. Select "Enable this content"

"Security Warning" message bar appears. Click "Enable Content"

Open "Teacher Survey Tool.xls"

Usage Step 1

Follow the instructions to complete the teacher survey and export the data

Usage Step 2

Open "Stakeholder Survey Result Analysis Tool.xls"

Usage Step 3

The tool will have the teacher survey results ready automatically
5)
Enter parents and supporting staff (clerk and janitor staff) survey responses into the tool manually
6)
When completed, the tool will compile and analyse the stakeholder survey results automatically
7)
Choose the appropriate worksheets to view the analysis results
