Member Registration

Eligibility

All primary and secondary students of CYC member schools can register as CYC members if they meet the following criteria:

1. Be a current Primary 1 to Secondary 6 student
2. Interested in social service
3. Willing to promote ethics and sense of responsibility among citizens
4. Willing to work for a better Hong Kong

 CYC badge

Once a school submits the CYC New Member Registration Form, the school will automatically become one of the CYC member schools.

Enrolment procedures

Please follow the procedures as listed below:

1. Submit the completed CYC New Member Registration Form to the CYC Office
2. Schools will be informed to collect the Membership Record Books and badges
3. Responsible teachers should distribute the Membership Record Books to members
4. Members should fill in the record book with relevant information and a photo for stamping school chop by school

CYC Badges and Membership Record Books

In addition to the CYC badge, all members will be given a CYC membership record book for recording their participation of CYC activities.

Each member will be given one CYC badge only. Application for replacement of CYC badge will not be entertained.

Members should report to the responsible teachers if the membership record book is lost. For replacement of membership record book, please submit the completed application form to the CYC Office. Enough copies of blank record books will be sent to schools. Members should fill in their personal data and continue to use the new record books.
