Self-learning online course on “The enhanced School Development and Accountability framework” (Re-run) 2024/25

  1. The Education Bureau (EDB) issued EDB Circular No.15/2022 on 11 November 2022 informing schools of the implementation details of the enhanced School Development and Accountability (SDA) framework. The implementation of the enhanced SDA framework is to bolster the accountability of staff in publicly funded schools in providing quality school education and enhancing the national education through the adoption of a whole school approach and ensure accountability in the spirit of school-based management.

  2. The objectives of this online self-learning course are to facilitate schools’ understanding of the rationales for implementing the enhanced SDA framework, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of school self-evaluation (SSE).

  3. Participants should complete the online self-learning course through the Virtual Learning Environment platform at Hong Kong Education City. For details and enrolment methods, please visit the EDB Training Calendar System (Course ID.: QA0020240085).

  4. For enquiries about the online course, please contact Ms Debra LAU at 3902 3737, Mr Eddy TSANG at 3902 3735 or Ms Emily LOK at 3902 3727 of the Quality Assurance Sections, the EDB.
