• Issue a circular to invite all government, aided, Caput and DSS secondary schools to nominate one student and/or one teacher as student-delegate / teacher-chaperon of the HK Delegation

• Deadline for application on 3 October 2016

October 2016

• Conduct student and teacher interview

• Notify selected students and teachers by fax to schools in late October 2016

November to December 2016

• Orientation and familiarization meeting of all delegates on 5 November 2016

• Student-delegates to design and practice performance programmes for the exchange visit

• Student-delegates to attend Japanese class and etiquette training

• Briefing for HK student-delegates and their parents about the detailed arrangements of the visit

December 2016

• Visit to Japan (13 to 21 December 2016)

February to April 2017

• Oral presentation of group reports by student-delegates

• Submission of visit reports by student-delegates and teacher-chaperons
